LUMENTA, SITORUS & PARTNERS (LSP) is an IP law firm which was founded in early 2004 by Mr. James B. Lumenta, the internationally well-recognized senior patent and trademark attorney for Indonesia and some other IP professionals who, in general, used to be distinguished IP practitioners in this country.

It is unique among law firms practicing intellectual property law in Indonesia, because it also provides clients with various services relating to a wide range of business law, such as investment counseling, corporate acquisitions, incorporations, licensing and technology transfer arrangements, various types of international transactions and joint ventures as well as related dispute resolution (litigation service) with an emphasis on cases involving intellectual property infringements.

LSP has three lawyers assisted by paralegal staff of four people, five patent attorneys, respectively in mechanical, electrical and chemical fields, supported by a number of overseas graduated technical assistants grouping in three inter related different divisions headed by its senior attorneys, each according to their respective areas of specialization as an integrated whole.
